Donation Drive for Refugees

Erie is receiving arrivals of refugees from Afghanistan. The International Institute of Erie (IIE/USCRI) is helping with support for the new arrivals. Their needs vary from winter clothing, socks, winter boots, kitchen utensils, children’s stuff. An Amazon Wish List has been created to make helping easy. It can be found under the name “December 2021 Wish List for USCRI Erie”. The link to the Wish List can also be found in the eNews.

The Cathedral of St. Paul, together with St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, is committed to working with local organizations to advocate for systemic change within the city of Erie. We are actively building coalitions, developing relationships with other advocacy groups, and working with local government officials.

By listening to our community partners and other organizations in the city, we seek to meet needs in Erie – whether we are partnering to hold events, assisting with fundraisers, administering aid, we strive to support the mission of the community and the kingdom of God.

We are proud to partner with SafeNet, Erie Pride, Benedictines for Peace and Our West Bayfront.
